Aspira is led by a passionate group of educators, mentors, and volunteers who believe that quality education should be a right—not a privilege. Together, we guide students from underserved backgrounds to unlock their full potential through learning, mentorship, and opportunity.

Ruzibek Kurbanov – Founder Ruzibek is an IELTS instructor, education reform advocate, and the visionary behind Aspira. With a personal IELTS score of 8.5 and years of experience mentoring over 500 students to Band 7.0 and higher, he launched Aspira to create real change for youth from low-income families. Ruzibek is also pursuing a degree in economics and dreams of becoming one of Uzbekistan’s leading education leaders and economists. He believes that with the right guidance, any student can rise above their circumstances and achieve greatness.

Shoxrux Abdumavlonov – Head Mentor Shoxrux is one of Aspira’s most experienced and committed mentors. With a deep understanding of youth development and academic coaching, he has played a key role in guiding dozens of students toward top scores in English proficiency and entrance exams. Known for his motivational energy and hands-on support, Shoxrux is not only a mentor but a role model who brings out the best in every learner he works with
